Golf Performance Analysis is a 1 hour 1 on 1 training/analysis with certified trainers at Lifestyles Fitness Studio.
Lifestyles’ Golf Performance Analysis is for everybody- first time golfers new to the game or 20 year veteran golfers looking to improve their game. The trainers at Lifestyles will conduct a fitness assessment to test upper and lower body strength, endurance, range of motion, core strength and flexibility. From this assessment, the trainers at Lifestyles Fitness can discover your strengths and weaknesses and give you professional recommendations on how to improve. They can provide you with a golf specific workout plan tailored specifically for you to improve your game, this workout plan can be done on your own or you can create a weekly workout plan with the trainers at Lifestyles to work on these areas.
The trainers at Lifestyles have worked with many competitive and non competitive golfers over the last 5 years.
